Competition Categories

Eligibility
Open to all from public/private institutions, schools, professionals, and international participants.

Participation Format

Language Requirement
All submissions (abstract, poster, and video) must be in English only.

Abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx only).
It should include the following key elements:
- Title
- Problem Statement
- Objective
- Target User
- Features/Impact
- Conclusion
Submitted abstracts will be included in the event’s e-proceedings publication.

IMPORTANT

Poster must be in A2 size and submitted in PDF, PPTX, JPG, JPEG, OR PNG format.
The poster must clearly include the following content elements:

IMPORTANT

The video must begin with the IIMaCC-Perak 2025 Introduction Video.
Each submission must include a presentation video between 3 to 5 minutes in length.
The content of the video must clearly present the following:
- Background
- Problem Statement
- Objective
- Methodology
- Innovation Impact / Benefit
- Conclusion

IMPORTANT

Gold, Silver, and Bronze certificates will be awarded.
Best Innovation Award will be presented for each participant category, along with a Certificate of Achievement.
Panel Decisions

All panel decisions are final.
Projects not meeting the criteria or language requirement will be disqualified.
No appeals or refunds are allowed.
